ARKTEK is a passive vaccine storage device. Although not very attractive, it has become an important device for saving the lives of many impoverished populations due to its ability to conveniently and safely store vaccines, and is known as the "bucket of life". Our company produces this Arktek with super vacuum sealing effect, without the need for power supply. The bucket contains 8 ice packs and a three-layer separated vaccine box, which can keep the internal temperature between 2 ℃ and 89 ℃ for 35 days. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and vaccine can be accessed at any time. It is specifically designed for transporting vaccines in African regions with power shortages and inconvenient transportation.
The structure of this biological tank is roughly similar to that of a gas cylinder, mainly including an inner liner, outer shell, neck tube support part, interlayer insulation part, and external protection part. And to achieve higher vacuum degree and lower thermal conductivity

Improvement points:
Multiple weld seams were used to verify the feasibility of specialized machine welding and robotic arm welding, and the welding quality was inspected and welding parameters were adjusted using flaw detection rating methods to overcome the porosity defects in the pot table metal welding. Due to the limited evacuation heating temperature (≤ 120 ℃), the evacuation efficiency was limited. Other methods to improve the evacuation speed were explored (evacuation equipment renovation: full coverage of internal and external electric heating mode, improvement of evacuation port design).
