1. Major: Mechanical design and automation control or related majors.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree from a first tier university or above, with 1-3 years of work experience, priority given to 985 and 211 universities.
3. Product development capability: Candidates with independent design, development, and implementation capabilities are preferred.
4. Product service capability: Able to independently organize and standardize product information, and develop standardized guidance documents for product installation and debugging is preferred.
